Town ended their season with a 3-1 home victory over Cardiff City. Franny Jeffers opened the scoring in the third minute, Paul Parry pulled one back for the visitors eight minutes before half-time and Jon Walters wrapped it up with two goals after coming off the bench.

Keeper Lewis Price has confirmed that he will probably leave Town when Richard Wright rejoins the club. Wright is close to completing his return to Portman Road on a free transfer from Everton.

Former Bury Town man Ian Miller could make his first Town start when the Blues take on Cardiff City in the final game of the season at Portman Road on Sunday (KO 1pm). Alex Bruce suffered ankle and knee injuries in last week's game at Leeds and is considered a doubt.

Midfielder Sylvain Legwinski was named Town's Players' Player of the Year at the club's end of season dinner at Trinity Park earlier this evening. Legwinski had already picked up the Supporters Player of the Year trophy.

Jordan Rhodes scored the only goal as Town's U18s defeated Watford 1-0 at the UCL Training Ground at London Colney on Saturday morning. Rhodes struck just after the hour mark.
